Fitness has been a central part of my life for years, and I’ve built my career around helping people reach their full potential. With seven years of experience as a personal trainer, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to everyday individuals looking to improve their fitness and well-being.
I have had the opportunity to coach in Korea and Japan, helping clients achieve their body profile goals through tailored training and nutrition strategies. My work has also extended beyond fitness—I’ve been involved in charity work supporting individuals with physical and mental disabilities, using movement and exercise to improve their quality of life.
I come from a high-level sports background, having competed in basketball and American football at a top level. Additionally, I have extensive experience in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Taekwondo. I spent a year fighting and competing in Thailand, further refining my skills in Muay Thai and combat sports, gaining first-hand experience in one of the world’s toughest fighting environments.
With a background in sports and exercise science and nearly a decade in the fitness industry, my approach is about more than just physical fitness—I believe in training the mind and body together to create lasting results.

I have always been obsessed with sports and performance from a very young age. I have Irish Danced at a World Championship level for 12 years and played for the Irish National American football team. I know what it takes to achieve results and sustain success. I am here to help you get a taste of your own success and conquer whatever goals you may have.
