Correct usage and locations of emergency devices including duress buttons, Red Phone and defibrillator

Aware of emergency evacuation exits, first aid procedures and equipment

Use of treadmill safety key and ensure treadmill us switched off and the belt has stopped running prior to stepping off

I am aware of the club access pass procedure and details around staffed hours

Appropriate footwear and clothing to be worn at all times in the Club

Follow the correct hygiene measures

Correct storage and placement of equipment after use

Location of lockers and how to access

No member is permitted to bring a non-member into the club. Breaching this constitutes automatic acceptance by the member of a new membership for the non member. The Club Access card fee, in addition to the direct debit membership fee, will be charged to the member

I understand the cancellation requirements, written notification required and the notice period

I understand that other Jetts club may have different layouts and equipment. I should seek advice from a qualified member of staff before using any new equipment if needed

I am confident in using the equipment at this gym and do so at my own risk. I will request an additional equipment induction should I need further assistance
